Shipment within 1–3 days
If not mentioned otherwise on our website we ship all orders on the working day following the day of the order, so that your shipment will arrive on the next or the second next working day.

Free shipment within Germany
There is no charge for shipments within Germany and returns made within 30 days.
Free returns within 30 days within Germany
You have 30 days in which you can check whether you like the item you bought. If this is not the case, you may use your right to return the item free of charge. If the item arrives late due to a strike or other circumstances this has no negative effect for the buyer.
When returning an item, you may save unnecessary efforts and costs if you use the return label attached. Any damage can be avoided if you use the original packaging.
Returned items can only be replaced if you issue a new order.
We will take care of a returned item within 2 days after arrival. A refund will be sent within another 2 days on the Paypal-, bank or credit card account you used for your payment.
Shipping with insurance
All parcels are insured against damage or loss because we ship by DHL.
Pick up at your post office
DHL will deliver directly to your address. If a delivery is not possible the parcel will be available for 7 seven at your next post office. A note in your post box will inform where and when the parcel can be picked up.
You may send the parcel to an address which is different from the address on the invoice provided both are in Germany.
Tracking and information
As soon as we have shipped your goods you will get a notification by e-mail with the number of your parcel and a tracking number. With this number you can always check the position of your parcel on the website of DHL.
High quality packaging
Every item is shipped in a single box which excludes damages under normal circumstances.
International shipments and returns
Shipments in Germany are free, for destinations to countries within the EU we charge 20 Euro. For deliveries outside Europe we charge 50 Euro.
We cannot pay fees or duty arising when goods are shipped to or returned from countries outside of the EU. We will refund the price of the product only.
